Rental Fees

Fees To Tenants

London House U.K Ltd. do not charge any fees to tenants/applicants.

Fees To Landlords

Tenant Find
10% Sole agency – 11% Joint agency – 12% Multi agency

  • Collect and remit initial months’ rent received
  • Agree to the collection of any shortfall and payment method
  • Provide tenant with method of payment
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide the tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)

Fully Managed
16% of rent (+VAT)

  • Collect and remit initial monthly’ rent received
  • Deduct commission and other works
  • Pursue non-payment of rent invoice and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • Advise all relevant utility providers of changes
  • Undertake two inspection visits per annum and notify the landlord of the outcome
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors (providing two quotes)
  • Hold Keys throughout the tenancy term
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide the tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)

Inventory and check out fees vary, subject to the size and characteristics of the property.
