Vics Pakenham

Having spent almost a decade as Head of Sales and Lettings for a boutique, super prime, Chelsea agency, Vics joins London House with a wealth of contacts and experience. Vics earned her stripes with Carter Jonas in Hyde Park and Marylebone and is familiar with the benefits of living and working in several London Boroughs enabling her to offer a well-rounded view of the London market.

Ever since her years managing Sir Terry Wogan, Vics has always been passionate about networking and making sure she is moving in all the right circles and as a member of the KCWC Chamber of Commerce, Vics recognises the importance of expanding her list of UHNWI contacts in both business and the entertainment industry.

Vics’ two dogs, Freddie and Martha, are always a huge hit with her clients and applicants, and they’ve been cuddled, kissed and photographed by several world-renowned celebrities so if you recognise them from Social Media, yes that is them!

Outside of work, Vics lives in the countryside in Hertfordshire. She loves to go for dog walks, socialising with friends and playing padel. She used to be a supporting artist and once played the veterinary nurse in Eastenders who put down the beloved dog Wellard!
