Meet Callum Hodgson, Partner at London House. Originally from the North East of England, Callum moved to London to begin his career in property. Now with over 20 years of experience in the London market, he brings a wealth of expertise across North, West, and Prime Central London.
Having held senior leadership positions as Regional Director and Area Director at two major corporate agencies, Callum combines strategic insight with an exceptional understanding of local markets and client needs.
A long-time Queen’s Park resident, Callum has lived and worked in the area for more than a decade, earning a reputation as a trusted specialist with superb local knowledge. His experience also extends across Prime Central London, including Notting Hill and Kensington, where he has successfully guided clients through some of the city’s most prestigious property transactions.
Known for his professionalism, integrity, and results-driven approach, Callum is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and trusted advice at every stage of the property journey.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Callum has taken part in three charity boxing matches — winning two and drawing one — and once went skydiving over Australia’s Gold Coast.
