Meet Richard, our Co-founder and Director. Richard is North West London born and bred - a family man, a movie buff and the son of an interior designer. His extensive knowledge, expertise and charismatic personality are what truly sets him apart. He brings with him a wealth of industry experience, having amassed millions of pounds in property sales and established two successful offices for one of London’s leading agencies. The second opening was recognised as the most successful launch in the company’s history. Richard’s appreciation for London continues to grow and he dreams of building on the success of London House, strengthening its identity as a dependable and straightforward brand.

Fun fact – Richard is an award-winning screenwriter who met Alex at drama school over 20 years ago. He continues to write screenplays in his spare time, winning multiple awards for his 2021 work, Bardo.

Meet Alex, London House’s joint Co-founder and Director. He is a huge foodie and a family man, with a passion for people, property and matchmaking. Alex began his real estate career over a decade ago, determined to shake up its status quo. By the age of 40, he had created, built and successfully sold a highly-regarded estate agency brand, handling some of London’s most luxurious property listings along the way.

Fun fact – Alex was an actor for over 10 years, performing in places such as The Royal Albert Hall and Radio City Music Hall in New York. He has lived in all parts of London, including North, South, East and West, and knows every restaurant in every area!

Meet Katy, London House’s chief whip cracker. Katy is the backbone of the business, having joined as office manager before progressing to become one of the capital’s most successful Lettings Negotiators. Katy was responsible for a number of Prime Central London’s record rental deals, with her confident, straightforward demeanour winning the hearts of many of our clients. Now a Mum, Katy has returned from maternity leave to work as Alex and Richard’s Executive Assistant, putting her fierce work ethic and ‘boss’ skills to best use. Despite being drawn to the Cotswolds, Katy still loves browsing London’s boutiques and booking tables at the capital’s hottest restaurants.

Fun fact – Katy is usually first up to sing karaoke at the office Christmas party, belting out a convincing Lady Gaga impersonation to entertain the London House team.

Mortimer brings a wealth of life experience to the London House team having travelled the world as a Model and TV presenter, building up life-long social connections all over the globe.

Since deciding to create a base in London to raise her two children, Mortimer has lived in the heart of Belgravia and has become well known in all the right circles, building strong relationships with many High-Net-Worth individuals from Royalty to Celebrities.

Mortimer is well known for discretion and uttermost privacy in addition to her excellent understanding of the London property market having developed many of her own homes. Mortimer has always had a passion for architecture and interiors and has a BA (Hons.) in Textile Design enabling her to offer advice and guidance when searching for the perfect London home.

Fun Fact – Mortimer worked with the late, great, Stanley Kubrick on the Motion Picture ‘ Eyes Wide Shut.’

Meet Mumzad, our very own Mauritian Scot!

Mumzad brings a wealth of experience with him to London House in both Sales and Lettings having worked his way up the ranks to become a Manager at one of London’s Leading Agencies over a ten year spell plus an additional six years with a leading corporate agency in Hampstead, covering all of our favourite parts of North and North West London from Highgate to St John’s Wood and everything in between.

Mumzad was born and raised in Edinburgh. He only planned a short stay in London after studying at University but has clearly fallen in love with everything London has to offer as he is still here over 16 years later. Mumzad has settled with his young family in North London where he says he’ll ‘never leave!’

Fun facts: Mumzad loves to get his lawn perfectly stripy and looking like a carpet, he has a passion for watches and loves fast cars (even though he can only drive them at 20 mph in London these days!)

In under a decade, Siân-Louise has shaken-up the prime property sector and joins London House from previous corporate industry department leadership roles at Knight Frank and Douglas and Gordon.
During her two years at Knight Frank, Siân-Louise was promoted to Department Head of Battersea & Riverside within months of her arrival. She gained three promotions up to Associate and was awarded Newcomer of the Year 2023.

Prior to Knight Frank, during her five and a half year tenure at Douglas and Gordon Siân-Louise became ARLA qualified, she pioneered the creation of their ‘working mum broker role’ in lettings and sales, allowing her to achieve high performing results with flexibility. Siân-Louise then took on a leadership role where she was leading two sales departments. Siân-Louise combines a track record of exceptional deal closing acumen with an extensive tastemaking social network that inspires the next generation of agents, vendors and buyers.

Fun Fact - Former actor Siân-Louise turned her BA (Hons) in Performing Arts into a social media success story. With her unique "through-the-keyhole" property tours and behind-the-scenes day-in-the-life content, she’s now got 20k followers hooked on her creative journey. Sian-Louise’s goal is to inspire her daughter to break through social barriers and grow to believe that she can achieve anything she sets her mind to.

London House’s very own secret agent who has quietly been part of the team since 2017.

Before joining London House, Will studied Real Estate Management at the University of Nottingham before cutting his cloth in numerous property sectors from serviced offices to retail portfolio management before settling in prime residential real estate.

Within his first few months with the company Will successfully sold a £24,000,000 house in Holland Park as well as £10,000,000 property in Sloane Square and hasn’t looked back since. Having grown up in Wimbledon, Will has a knowledge and passion for the area that is second to none and has recently been raising a name for himself as Wimbledon’s go to real estate agent with a number of successful sales and acquisitions in and around the village.

Fun Fact – Will appeared in the Christopher Nolan film ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ as Background Bag Holding Guy (uncredited).

Meet Isabella, Office Manager at London House and the lady who keeps everyone in check!
After graduating from drama school, she juggled auditions with a job in childcare before joining
our team in March 2022. Isabella is very much a people person with an amazing ability to build
connections with clients, instinctively knowing how to match them with their perfect London
neighbourhoods. Isabella’s favourite thing about London is the size of the city and yet she can
get everything she wants without having to leave her locale. As a passionate foodie hailing from
Balham, Isabella enjoys discovering recipes, visiting food markets at the weekend, reading
books and attending spin classes.

Fun fact - Isabella still loves to act, dance and sing. In fact, she’s always humming a tune in our
Marylebone office!

Ben joined London House from the Savills Waterfront team where over his 6 year tenure, he became London’s go-to expert on Waterfront property. He specialised in selling lifestyle led properties from beautiful period homes, luxurious modern developments and historic warehouse conversions - all with fabulous views of the River Thames. Prior to that he did a Business Development stint at Internationally renowned luxury interior design studio 1508 London.

With over a decade’s experience in the property sales industry across various corporate companies, Ben attributes a lot of his success to his versatility. Co-ordinating directly with 16 local offices at Savills from Teddington to Canary Wharf, alongside actively growing his network of Industry associates on a global
level, Ben ensured maximum reach and exposure for his clients across London.

Outside of work, Ben tries to remain passionate about staying active, he completed his first 70.3 Ironman in 2023 and finished the London Marathon in 2024. What really drives Ben is the opportunity to support causes close to his heart along the way, grateful for the chance to give back while pursuing his own personal challenges.
