Meet Richard, Founder of London House. Born and bred in North West London, he is a family man, movie buff and the son of an interior designer, bringing both creativity and commercial expertise to the business.

Richard has completed millions of pounds in property sales and previously launched two highly successful offices for a leading London agency, with one recognised as the most successful opening in the company’s history. He continues to build London House as a trusted, straightforward and dependable brand.

Richard is an award-winning screenwriter and continues to write screenplays in his spare time.

Meet Katy, the true backbone of the business. Katy joined as Office Manager before working her way up to become one of Prime Central London’s most successful Lettings Negotiators, responsible for several record-breaking rental deals thanks to her confident, straightforward approach.

Now a mum, Katy has returned as Executive Assistant to Richard, bringing her trademark work ethic and leadership skills to the role. Although increasingly drawn to the Cotswolds, she still enjoys London’s boutiques and dining scene.

Katy is the longest serving member of the team and has now been an integral part of London House for over ten years.

Meet Isabella, Office Manager at London House and the person who keeps everything running smoothly. After graduating from drama school, she balanced auditions with a career in childcare before joining the team in March 2022. A natural people person, Isabella has an instinctive ability to connect with clients and match them with their ideal London neighbourhood.

One of Isabella’s favourite things about London is its scale — a global city where everything she needs is still close to home. A passionate foodie from Balham, she enjoys discovering new recipes, visiting food markets, reading and attending spin classes.

Isabella still loves to act, dance and sing and is often heard humming around the Marylebone office.

CeMAP-qualified in mortgage advice, Gareth offers a comprehensive understanding of both sales and rentals markets, providing trusted, professional guidance for clients managing their most valuable assets.

Gareth once persuaded Mick Jagger and Ronnie Wood to drink at his local pub purely on recommendation.

Callum has competed in three charity boxing matches and once went skydiving over Australia’s Gold Coast.

A passionate networker, Vics is a member of the KCWC Chamber of Commerce and is well known for her strong UHNW connections. Her dogs, Freddie and Martha, are a firm favourite with clients.

Vics once appeared in EastEnders as a veterinary nurse.
