Richard has completed millions of pounds in property sales and previously launched two highly successful offices for a leading London agency, with one recognised as the most successful opening in the company’s history. He continues to build London House as a trusted, straightforward and dependable brand.

Richard is an award-winning screenwriter and continues to write screenplays in his spare time.

Meet Katy, the true backbone of the business. Katy joined as Office Manager before working her way up to become one of Prime Central London’s most successful Lettings Negotiators, responsible for several record-breaking rental deals thanks to her confident, straightforward approach.

Now a mum, Katy has returned as Executive Assistant to Richard, bringing her trademark work ethic and leadership skills to the role. Although increasingly drawn to the Cotswolds, she still enjoys London’s boutiques and dining scene.

Katy is the longest serving member of the team and has now been an integral part of London House for over ten years.

Meet Isabella, Office Manager at London House and the person who keeps everything running smoothly. After graduating from drama school, she balanced auditions with a career in childcare before joining the team in March 2022. A natural people person, Isabella has an instinctive ability to connect with clients and match them with their ideal London neighbourhood.

One of Isabella’s favourite things about London is its scale — a global city where everything she needs is still close to home. A passionate foodie from Balham, she enjoys discovering new recipes, visiting food markets, reading and attending spin classes.

Isabella still loves to act, dance and sing and is often heard humming around the Marylebone office.

Meet Adam, a trusted property management professional with over a decade of experience managing prime Central London real estate. He is known for his reliability, attention to detail and hands-on approach.

Working closely with landlords, tenants and investors, Adam ensures every property is maintained to the highest standards while delivering a seamless, stress-free experience.

Adam is a passionate traveller and is always planning his next adventure.

Meet Gareth, a highly experienced property professional with over 14 years at one of London’s leading estate agencies, including time as Operations Director in Prime Central London. He brings deep market knowledge and a strong focus on personal service.

CeMAP-qualified in mortgage advice, Gareth offers a comprehensive understanding of both sales and rentals markets, providing trusted, professional guidance for clients managing their most valuable assets.

Gareth once persuaded Mick Jagger and Ronnie Wood to drink at his local pub purely on recommendation.

Meet Callum, who joined London House with over 20 years of experience across North, West and Prime Central London. Having held senior leadership roles at major corporate agencies, he combines strategic insight with exceptional local knowledge.

A long-time Queen’s Park resident, Callum has lived and worked in the area for over a decade and is equally experienced in Notting Hill and Kensington, guiding clients through some of London’s most prestigious transactions.

Callum has competed in three charity boxing matches and once went skydiving over Australia’s Gold Coast.

Meet Laura, a respected real estate professional with over 22 years of international experience. Over the past decade, she has advised UHNW clients in Prime Central London with the majority of Laura’s business comes through long-standing client referrals.

Known for her strategic, client-first approach, Laura specialises in off-market opportunities and high-profile transactions, ensuring every deal is handled with discretion, care and precision.

Laura has also worked internationally, spending several years operating in both Dubai and the Caribbean.

Meet Adam, a highly experienced property professional with over 25 years across country estates, urban developments and international markets. He began his career at just fourteen in a Hertfordshire country house agency, sparking a lifelong passion for period property.

Known for innovative marketing and a highly personalised approach, Adam advises buyers, sellers and developers while building genuine, long-term client relationships.

Adam started his property career as a Saturday assistant while still at school.

Meet Vics, who brings nearly a decade of experience as Head of Sales and Lettings at a boutique super-prime Chelsea agency. Having trained with a leading London agency, she offers a well-rounded understanding of London’s key residential markets.

A passionate networker, Vics is a member of the KCWC Chamber of Commerce and is well known for her strong UHNW connections. Her dogs, Freddie and Martha, are a firm favourite with clients.

Vics once appeared in EastEnders as a veterinary nurse.

Meet Will, quietly part of the London House team since 2017. After studying Real Estate Management, he gained experience across multiple property sectors before focusing on prime residential sales.

Within months of joining, Will completed landmark sales in Holland Park and Sloane Square and is now widely regarded as Wimbledon’s go-to agent.

Will appeared in The Dark Knight Rises as an uncredited background character.

Meet Mortimer, who brings global life experience to London House after a career as a model and TV presenter. Now based in Belgravia, she has built trusted relationships with UHNW individuals, from royalty to celebrities.

Known for discretion and privacy, Mortimer also has a strong passion for architecture and interiors and has developed several of her own homes.

Mortimer worked with Stanley Kubrick on Eyes Wide Shut.

Meet Ben, who joined London House from Savills Waterfront, where he became London’s go-to expert on Thames-side property. He specialises in lifestyle-led homes, from period houses to warehouse conversions.

With over a decade of experience and a global network of industry contacts, Ben ensures maximum exposure for his clients across London.

Ben has completed an Ironman 70.3 and the London Marathon.
